National Customer Center Virtual Tour
Toyota, the number one selling lift truck supplier in the United States, celebrated the grand
opening of its National Customer Center (NCC) at its manufacturing facility, Toyota Industrial
Equipment Manufacturing (TIEM). The $11-million investment added 108,000 square feet to the
TIEM campus through an expanded distribution center and a state-of-the-art customer center
designed to offer the ultimate customer experience.
