Toyota Industrial Equipment Dealer Enlarges Area of Primary Responsibility

IRVINE, Calif., – February 3, 2005 – Toyota Industrial Equipment (TIE) announced today its Chattanooga-based dealer, Kenco Group, Inc., has increased its area of primary responsibility for Kenco Toyota-Lift. Beginning on January 1, 2005, Kenco will expand its equipment sales, parts, accessories and service operation to customers throughout the state of Maryland with the exception of Garrett, Allegany and Washington counties. The expansion also includes Kent and Sussex counties in Delaware. Kenco has a long-standing dealer relationship with Toyota. This expansion adds to Kenco's existing operations in Chattanooga, Tenn.; Dalton, Ga.; and Madison, Ala.

Kenco has leased a service and parts distribution facility in Linthicum, Md., outside of Baltimore to accommodate the needs of its increased customer base.
